We have had record rainfall for June

Every single day I think

  4. Great shots! I love the bark on birch trees! My parents have several of them on their property in Maine. When I am up there in November and December I collect some of the fallen bark and use it for decorating.

We SO enjoyed our visit with you... Meeting 3 blog friends just made our trip even more special....

Glad you got rain... Looks like we got quite a bit at home also --since the weeds have grown like crazy.

  10. The weeds at our house loved the rain as well. The rain gauge was full, so we got over six inches of rain while we were gone. The weeds are very healthy!
We had a birch tree on the side of our house when I lived in Ohio. It was a beautiful tree. I really like your close ups of the bark of your tree.
