Greg’s Favorite Dip

This is Greg, an OCCHS classmate of mine, who has been a great part of our reconnection of OCCHS classmates recently. We held a planning committee meeting yesterday and had a great time.

Greg, said he was having a “bad hair day”, but I think he was looking pretty good…Greg shared his favorite dip recipe with us…he uses equal parts of salsa and mayonnaise to make a dip for dipping palm hearts…sounds yummy!!!

Can’t you tell we had lots of “serious” decisions to be made!!!

OOpps..this was the “serious” photo of of the decision making process…of course serious planning requires sustenance…

Here’s Paula and Nancy getting the meal ready for us…and wow did we have a wonderful meal!!!

How could anyone not have fun in such a special home, Jackie and Lou always open their beautiful century old home for us. See that beautiful pork loin that Jackie cooked for us…it was wonderful and Paula even threatened to put the leftovers in her handbag to take home!!! Salads, creamed spinach, buffalo wing dip, blackeye pea salad that Lou made, cooked cabbage and cornbread, home made chocolate chip muffins made by James’s wife and lots of other scrumptious food made our New Years’ Day meeting so special.
