The Night The Lights Went Out for “Dixie”…

I had this beautiful flower laden post planned for today…but a little time outside with my dogs and my son’s puppy, Dixie, changed my plans…

image These beauties will just have to wait until tomorrow!!!

image OOOOhhhhh, those sweet lil puppy dog eyes!!!

image Who me, not me, I wouldn’t do anything bad…like dig into a hollow tree!!!

image Puppies need lots of sleep and I haven’t had enough today!!! What do you mean-brush my teeth???

image Huh, went in one way and came out another??? Zoe is NOT impressed!!!

Sometimes I just can’t help myself!!!

Visit Mary at Little Red House and visit the other partygoers!!!

  5. Cute pictures, Becky.... Obviously, you all didn't get all of the flooding that Nashville got... It's HORRIBLE there. Just hope that Crossville doesn't have any bad weather tonight... I want that bad weather to GO AWAY--so that I can enjoy my beach vacation!!!!

Speaking of the beach, it is gorgeous here!!!! Love sitting here with the door open listening to the waves.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  6. Oh, Becky! I'll take this post any day over flowers! What a little hoot Dixie is!! Only a puppy would have the nerve to poke through a tree! :)
Love the yawn with dirt all over her tongue!
Hope you're safe from all the bad weather.
    Be a sweetie,

  16. What adorable photos! You really started my day with a smile. I love the one of Dixie's puppy butt and tail up in the air as it burrows into that tree. It must have been nice and cool in there ;)

  19. What cute puppy pictures. I so enjoyed looking at your Churchill Downs photos, too. My grandparents lived just across the river from Louisville all their lives, so I got to go to the museum there several times. Since they are both gone now, doubt I will ever get back there again. Thanks for sharing!

    Also, thanks for stopping by!
    Have a beautiful day.
