Soooooooooo Far Behind...

I’m so far behind with my blog posts that

I’ve decided to just play for a while.

I’ll play with my photos...you’ve seen some of them...

Some are new...

Right now I’m on sensory overload...

Stay with me peeps, please,

I’ll have some something of substance to say soon.

I think I just need a “brain” vacation...

My thermometer says 101  103 so I’m not going anywhere...

Quite frankly, what is going on in our country depresses me.

I need to spend some time seeing and creating a little beauty in order

to be able to live in the present.

I love that we are friends of Barbara and the Colonel.

They are true Christians, Leaders and Patriots.

Truthfully, I’m in a much better mood after posting this and

realizing how lucky we are in this country to be surrounded

by such wonderful people.

  3. I find myself posting less often of late. Am in so much pain from arthritic shoulders and knees, going to physical therapy one day a week and trying to keep up with the exercises at least two other days...really feeling yucky.

Miss the blogging world but just cannot do it all!

When I do get out and about, see friends, my disposition certainly improves, though.

  4. Hi Becky,

Thank you for the visit and your lovely comments on my porch. I love the photo of the God Bless America, the chippy antique chair and the red, white and blue flowers...so calm. I hope you have some cooler weather soon.
    All the Best,
    Christine

  5. Wow, that is hot! I really love your blog and especially that old chair and "God bless America" sign...such lovely framing and colors.
    Thanks for visiting my blog!
Have a wonderful weekend...what is left of it. and try not to dwell on news. I have stopped watching it on tv as it really brings me down. Remember that God is in control...we can't be.

  6. See...things just work themselves out when your creative juices get started, even if you don't have a clue where they are going, they end up somewhere. Your photo projects are really very nice...keep it up B.

This will be a summer of great heat I'm afraid!

  8. The news is certainly depressing, but God is still good! It definitely helps to be surrounded by those who know Him!
