Thank You! There are so many incredible, heartwarming stories that came out of the devastation! I wish I could have stayed longer!
ReplyDeleteMost of my family and friends have limited news and no Internet service. I felt compelled to document these stories for them.
I am speechless. I just read all of Robin's tornado stories, and the tears won't stop. How terrifying, tragic, and also inspiring that a time of extreme trial brings out the best in us. It also really brought a news story home on a very personal level -- thank you for directing me to Robin's stories.

HI Becky, I read Robin's blog --and cried and cried. I'm so glad that her family are all okay. Seeing her Dad with his dogs was just so moving... Bless their hearts. Robin is doing such a fabulous job of recording their stories... I will continue to read her blog... In fact, she and I used to comment on each other's blogs. I remember her...
ReplyDeleteGod be with ALL of them.
Hugs,
Betsy
Thanks for sharing robin's blog ! The devastation is unbelievable and the faith is remarkable..
ReplyDeleteHi Becky! I just haven't had the heart to go over and read her stories. We lost some cousins and friends during the storm. It's been such a terrible thing. Maybe one day I'll go and visit her.
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)
Wow, the photos and stories are unbelievable. Thank you for the link...everything was made more personal through her posts.
ReplyDeleteThe damage done (both physically and emotionally) by the tornadoes is unbelievable. Thanks for linking these stories with us.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to everyone in the path of this devastation. Last June my sister-in-law lost EVERYTHING when her home flooded in Nashville. She escaped out a window with her dog and cat. She floated away with nothing else. She is finally what I would call recovered but she will never have the same life. I'm not sure I could have handled things as well as she did. I so admire her. Thanks for this post...~Ann
