This lady had my complaint “resolved” within less than an hour after I talked with her
and she researched my “problems”…
They are refunding us the purchase price of the refrigerator…
The check is to be overnight’ed to us…
Wow…now I get to buy another one!!!

ReplyDeleteYeah to Lowe's, Becky..... I know that big companies do check the internet --including blogs... They just google "Lowe's" (or whatever it is) ---so I'm glad you wrote your blog. Glad it has worked out---but tell Lowe's that it shouldn't have come to this... They should have done this LONG before you had to write the blog...
