Hi Becky!! Oh, I do love those dish flowers!! :) That was so imaginative wasn't it?
ReplyDeleteYou know what? I believe you have too much fun! :)
Wish I could join you sometimes.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Shelia...I've been attending this for so many years (don't know how many) maybe thirty years or so!!! It is always the first full weekend of October...I only made it through about one third of the booths!!! I used to show at this particular fair and it was a hoot...people would come back year after year looking for me!!! (I'm sure they did this for a lot of people but it made me feel so special!!!) They wouldn't remember my name but would know me by my work!!! People come from all over the US!!! Sometimes you got rained out (can you imagine the mud) sometimes it was hot and sometimes cold but it is always windy. Everything there is covered by lots of dust!!!
ReplyDeleteBecky, these creations are gorgeous. We make teacup garden bird feeders/baths like these but the flowers are AWESOME! TY for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.

Hi Becky, I am NOT into garden art AT ALL---and am happy just to grow beautiful flowers in my yard.
ReplyDeleteThose purple berries are gorgeous.
Seeing that guy eat that corn-on-the-cob made me hungry....
Great pictures...
Hugs,
Betsy
Although I like the Bloom Girls, your food is making me hungry.

Hi Becky, I have a tea cup on a pole in my garden. It makes a pretty accent. I enjoyed the yard art, the callicarpa and the people of the festival! Especially thought the sweet corn looked good.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Beth
Those dish flowers are very creative. Wired for light or even one of those small led lights and these would look incredible in a garden at night.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
The delicious looking food has me hungry! Sure looks like a fun place to be......
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
What a great community fair, so much happening.
ReplyDeleteYou are having way to much fun! I love to do festivals when the weather is cooler.
ReplyDeleteOh, I may have to try making some of these lovely glass flowers. They would be just splendid in the garden and what a way to use mismatched things. Thanks, you have my mind buzzing.
ReplyDeleteThe garden art pieces are so pretty and unique! Love the purple berries photos and all the fun one of foods too!
ReplyDeleteHi Becky... What a great festival! I think the garden art is terrific and you would never have to prune. Your little terrier(?) is too cute at the bottom of the page.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting myeverydaygraces today:) Glad you enjoyed the fawn photos.
What is left of my flowers is in the category of "crispy critters" also. I watered this evening, but think I was wasting my time. I have not been, but I have heard it is a fun festival.
ReplyDeleteHope you are enjoying your weekend.
Becky, this is the second time I learned the name of a plant from you -- the name of something I was really interested in knowing! Beautyberry! Now I know! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for following my blog... I am following you back! Your pup and mine have the same zest for life judging by the pictures we have of them running!
ReplyDeleteI love love love the garden art. Absolutely beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe funnel cake looks yummy. Haven't had one of those in a very long time.
Looks like a fun day Becky.
