Proper Independence Day Attire…or not!!!

image

The proper Independence Day attire is always optional…it’s the spirit and the smiles that are not optional!!!

image Radio sports announcers and their super cutie wives get it!!!

image Us Southerners dress for the occasion…colorful, safety, absorbency, air flow always figure into the equation!!! (not necessarily in this order)

image The proper Southern Wave is a tradition we begin teaching our children early…notice the  open palm and fingers spread!!!

image Hats are always optional but oh so much fun!!!

image

Shirts are optional for hunky young men athletes trying to beat the heat and babies!!!

image

Patriotic jewelry and flags erupting from the back of your head are completely optional !!!  :-)

  11. Thank you for stopping by...I sent your sweet friend an e-mail acknowledging what freedom means to me. I know that she will be reminded every day what the price of freedom really is. God bless and thank you to all the people who fight to give our country freedom.
