The cold weather has finally gotten my garden goodies…
the basil is black
the tomatoes are toast
the black-eyed Susan vines are broke
the flowers are frightening
the geraniums are gone…
and I’m not a poet!!!
Some winter photos from last January…hoping we won’t see any more of this…
or this in our little Southern neighborhood…
I sure don’t want to see my hollies looking like this again…
I am so sure you do not want to see that again, BUT doesn't it make for beautiful photos? I just looked at your older post of your reunion, just wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! It does look cold there - pretty pictures of it though! And I'm complaining about our little 3 hard frosts we've had lately. ;-)
ReplyDeleteTalk about a winter wonderland! These are beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Hi Becky, I remember that horrible ice storm last year. It's so sad to see all of those trees and branches down... Scary!!!!! Hope it doesn't happen this year.
