Yes, Ms. Tracy has contacted me about my “issues” with my Samsung refrigerator

that I blogged about yesterday!!!

This lady had my complaint “resolved” within less than an hour after I talked with her

and she researched my “problems”…

They are refunding us the purchase price of the refrigerator…

The check is to be overnight’ed to us…

Wow…now I get to buy another one!!!

Tracy, you have renewed my trust in corporate America and Lowes!!!
